The hotel was a pleasant stay with spacious rooms that had a good breakfast buffet in the morning. It was only a 3-minute car drive to downtown Truckee, quiet, and well-appointed. While it could get loud when kids were playing in the pool or hot tub, the overall experience was positive, especially the ample room that easily accommodated our portable dog kennel.
